Lou Korchick
Owner, Licensed Inspector
Lou has 20 years of
experienzce in the mechanical and building trades. He was a certified State Building/Life
Safety Code Inspector for the State of New Jersey for 10 years. He also is a certified HVAC
mechanic.
Lou is a State Licensed
Home Inspector and Mold Assessor. Lou is married to Terri for 25 years. They have three children.
Terri Korchick
Owner, Office Manager
Terri worked for
Chico’s FAS, Inc. in the Corporate Social Compliance Department for
several years before joining Eagle Eye Home Inspection as the Office
Manager. She brings with her 25
years of administrative management experience.
Nick Korchick
Licensed Inspector
Nick was anxious to
follow in his father’s footsteps.
He became a Certified Home Inspector in 2008. He is now a State Licensed Home Inspector. Prior to receiving his certification,
he worked with Lou as an intern for 1 year. Nick is also a licensed Radon
Technician.
Heather Kiesel

Assistant
Heather brings 13 years
of office experience in the construction industry. She has been married for 16 years and
has a son. She is a valued part of
our team.
