Hi!  We received the report in its binder yesterday, November 1st.  Thank you for sending such a thorough report.  We're still reading over it, but it seems you have hit on many areas to look at, though many (hopefully) are not major problems.  Diane is zeroing in on several that do require attention and we appreciate that very much.  We  have your info and will contact you if we have further questions.

I had a tech at my newly purchased house for some home warranty issues. I showed him the notebook that you had made with all of your recommendations and notations. He said he has never seen such a thorough job done by a home inspector! He even took several of your business cards!

I have been in real estate sales for several years and have found Eagle Eye Home Inspections to be top of my list for quality home inspections.
